Questions, answered.
The things founders usually ask before booking an audit. Still stuck? Book a call.
[AUDIT] // What happens in the ops audit?
We map your current workflow stack, identify the top three automation opportunities, and send a written recommendation document with estimated hours saved per week.
[BUILD] // What do you actually build?
Usually one or two high-value workflows: lead routing, onboarding, reporting, data entry, follow-up chains, or internal handoffs. The exact build depends on the audit.
[STACK] // Do we need to change tools?
No. We build on your existing stack wherever possible, including tools like Make, Slack, Gmail, Notion, your CRM, spreadsheets, and Claude API.
[OWNERSHIP] // Who owns the workflows?
You do. The workflows live in your accounts, not Sequova infrastructure. We hand over architecture, a Loom walkthrough, written SOPs, and integration notes.
[TIMELINE] // How long does it take?
The audit takes one week. A workflow build usually takes four to five weeks after scope is agreed.
[SCOPE] // How is the work scoped?
We start with the audit, identify the highest-value workflow opportunities, then agree the build scope in writing before implementation starts.
[MNOS] // What happened to the software?
MNOS is still in development, but it is not the primary offer on this version of the site. The waitlist is open at the bottom of the homepage.
